Terms of Use
The End User License Agreement for the TOSsee app. By downloading or using TOSsee you agree to these terms.
01License
Adavata d.o.o grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use TOSsee on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms and the Apple Media Services Terms.
02Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, sublicense or use the app commercially without prior written permission.
03Intellectual property
The TOSsee name, logo, design and all app content are owned by Adavata d.o.o. Events, images and notes you add remain yours.
04No warranty
TOSsee is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Because all data is stored locally, you are responsible for backing up your device.
05Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adavata d.o.o is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of the app.
06Termination
This license ends automatically if you breach these terms. On termination you must stop using the app and delete it from your devices.
07Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Adavata d.o.o is registered.
